Cancellation conditions
No prepayment, the total amount of the reservation is paid on site.
When booking, a bank fingerprint is requested for the finalization of the booking: guarantee in case of cancellation.
If you cancel at the latest 14 days before the start of your stay: no deduction;
If you cancel between 7 days and 14 days before the start of your stay: 50% of the total amount of your reservation is charged;
If you cancel less than 7 days before the start of your stay or a no-show: 100% of the amount of your reservation is charged.
Example
Your stay starts on 1 July:
No penalty, if you cancel by June 16 midnight;
50% withholding if you cancel between 17 June and 24 June midnight;
100% withholding if you cancel as of June 25 or if you do not show up.
Cancellation insurance
When booking, you have the possibility to purchase cancellation insurance on the booking platform (independent organization). In this case, we deduct the amount due and send you an invoice to be sent to the insurance company for taking charge).
